Job Description
The Warehouse Line Coordinator is responsible for managing funding allocations, monitoring warehouse lines, processing wire transactions, and reconciling loan purchases, while supporting the Post Close team with tasks such as shipping loans and MERS functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign funding for Warehouse lines and monitor Warehouse availability
- Balance, upload, and order funds, ensuring wire transactions are fully received and completed
- Work closely with the Closing Department Manager, Closers, and Title Companies to coordinate wire transactions
- Input all purchased loans daily and perform daily reconciliation at End of Business (EOB)
- Assist with shipping loans to investors and MERS functions within the Post Close team
Requirements
- Experience in assigning funding for Warehouse lines, monitoring Warehouse, balancing availability, and wiring funds originated by GoodLeap.
- Ability to balance, upload, and order funds to ensure wire transactions are fully received and completed.
- Experience working closely with the Closing Department Manager, Closers, and Title Companies to coordinate wire transactions.
- Daily input of all purchased loans and reconciling at End of Business (EOB) daily.
- Ability to assist in shipping loans to investors and performing MERS functions once trained.
- Proficiency in working within a team environment and supporting where needed within the Post Close team.
- Understanding of loan funding, wire transactions, and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or managers related to the position or department.
