Job Description
The GRC Leader at GoodLeap will oversee the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team, shaping the security vision for compliance and privacy while driving innovation in processes and technology solutions. This role involves defining compliance controls, managing third-party risks, and ensuring regulatory adherence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- •Lead the GRC Governance, Risk, and Compliance team.
- •Shape the security vision for compliance, governance, and privacy.
- •Define and implement predictive compliance controls.
- •Drive automation efficiencies in privacy processes.
- •Manage 3rd party risk management activities.
- •Oversee regulatory, industry, and partner compliance activities.
Requirements
- •Lead for the GRC Governance, Risk, and Compliance team, responsible for shaping the security vision for compliance, governance, and privacy for the organization.
- •Define and implement predictive compliance controls.
- •Drive automation efficiencies in privacy processes, 3rd party risk management, and regulatory, industry, and partner compliance activities.
- •Ability to work with interesting and challenging use cases, technologies, and processes.
- •Experience in managing technology governance and compliance.
- •Experience in ensuring the privacy and safety of customers, partners, and employees' information.
