Responsibilities
- •Ensure effective operation and maintenance of facilities
- •Coordinate facility-related activities
- •Monitor and ensure efficiency of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security)
- •Ensure quality of work performed by external contractors
- •Monitor maintenance schedules
- •Complete facility-related tasks on time and to required standards
- •Support Senior Facilities Manager in planning and executing facility improvements
- •Respond to facility-related emergencies
Requirements
