Job Description
The role involves managing financial processes such as invoicing, receivables, compliance, reporting, and financial analysis to support Gentari's sustainable energy initiatives and regional operations.
Responsibilities
- •Process and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly
- •Monitor trade receivables aging and follow up on outstanding payments
- •Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including TP documentation, e-invoicing, CIT, and VAT submissions
- •Support monthly and quarterly financial consolidation and reporting for Malaysia and international entities
- •Assist in preparing the Corporate Reporting Package (CRP) and obtain board approvals
- •Contribute to monthly rolling forecasts and scenario planning for regional entities
- •Collaborate with project teams on funding management, financial evaluations, FX strategy, and cash management
Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field
- •Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting
- •Strong understanding of regional tax regulations including CIT, VAT, and e-invoicing requirements
- •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- •Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
