Job Description
The Operations Recruiter Contract at Gatik is responsible for sourcing, hiring, and supporting the recruitment process for key roles across various teams, helping to build a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience in a fast-growing autonomous logistics company.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to develop and execute hiring strategies
- Manage and improve recruiting workflows, including job specifications and interview panels
- Source candidates using creative strategies and build strong talent pipelines
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for roles
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance recruiting processes based on data and experience
Requirements
- BA BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing, operations-focused environments
- Experience hiring across multiple locations, with a mix of managerial and non-exempt hourly roles
- Background in startup or high-growth companies preferred
- Strong ability to close candidates across different career levels
- Experience recruiting for a range of functions and role types
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
