Job Description
The Solar Service Director at Freedom Solar will lead the Service department, overseeing operations related to system maintenance, repairs, and customer support, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service ticket processing.
Responsibilities
- •Oversee the operations of the Service department
- •Manage system maintenance, repairs, and deinstallations-reinstallations
- •Develop internal and external processes for service ticket processing
- •Manage vendor and inventory operations
- •Enhance customer communications and support
- •Structure and manage the Service department team
- •Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- •The Director of Service will act as the primary leader of the Service department, reporting to the Chief Customer Success Officer.
- •Responsible for overseeing the Service department's operations, including but not limited to system maintenance, repairs, and deinstallations-reinstallations.
- •Utilize previously developed expertise to develop internal and external processes and procedures regarding service ticket processing, vendor and inventory management, enhanced customer communications and support, and team structure and management.
- •Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with the Service department.
- •Success in this role will be measured by the speed and efficiency at which Service tickets are handled, the quality of Service department work, and a variety of customer satisfaction metrics.
