Job Description
The Senior Manager of the Customer Service Center in Digital Banking is responsible for leading and developing a team to deliver high-quality customer service, achieve performance targets, and foster a positive work environment within a dynamic banking organization.

Requirements
- The candidate must have experience in leading and developing team members within a Customer Service Center through effective leadership.
- The candidate must maintain high standards of service and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- The candidate must be able to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Work is primarily conducted in an office setting, with some positions possibly allowing remote work through technology at management discretion.
- While performing duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- The employee must be able to use hands and fingers to operate technology and office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- The employee must have the ability to utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity.
- The employee must be able to communicate clearly, verbally and/or in writing, with others.
- The employee must be able to operate technology or other office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- The employee must be capable of exhibiting a high level of flexibility regarding duties that may be situationally assigned outside of this job description.
