Job Description
The Program Manager will oversee the execution and delivery of Euclid's innovative renewable energy services, manage client relationships, ensure compliance with regulations, and support business growth within a high-growth, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of the IRA PWA service offering, ensuring delivery meets standards, client expectations, and financial goals
- Collaborate on sales enablement activities and manage onboarding of new client engagements
- Oversee financial management including revenue forecasting, staffing, and budget tracking
- Identify opportunities for upsell or scope expansion within existing client engagements
- Ensure timely, scope-compliant, and budget-conscious delivery of engagements
- Operate as a trusted partner on prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance
- Lead or support stakeholder coordination, training, reporting, and engagement operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program clients and strengthen client relationships
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to engagement teams
- Promote company culture standards and reinforce client service standards
- Collaborate on staffing, performance management, and career development for team members
- Partner with other teams for cross-functional collaboration and client delivery
- Elevate insights and provide product feedback based on program engagement experiences
Requirements
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in consulting or program management within renewable energy, construction, and/or professional services environments.
- Working knowledge of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), specifically Prevailing Wage Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements.
- Experience managing complex client engagements or programs, including direct oversight of staffing, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ability to interpret and operationalize regulatory frameworks such as IRA PWA within client programs to ensure accurate and compliant delivery.
- Experience overseeing the financial health of programs or engagements, including tracking budgets, reporting on performance, and identifying risks or optimization opportunities.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $180,000 to $200,000 with equity award
