Job Description
A Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex marketing projects and change initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving results through effective communication, organization, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex marketing projects and change initiatives, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight
- Gather project requirements and ensure timely communication of updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions
- Balance multiple priorities and deadlines to meet project milestones
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth
- Ensure project deliverables meet departmental needs and align with business objectives
- Mitigate risks, identify issues, and adapt to unexpected circumstances to keep projects on track
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project status and outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Demonstrated success in working on multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in developing project designs, work plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget using project management expertise.
- Ability to engage, collaborate, and facilitate with customers, internal and external teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
