Job Description

This role involves leading the development of mobile and web geospatial applications using ArcGIS technology, translating product requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of new capabilities for Android, iOS, and web apps.
  • Translate product roadmap features into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with users and clients to understand needs and define product requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and external factors.
  • Prioritize product backlog considering roadmap, feedback, and dependencies.
  • Inform leadership on product vision, schedule, strategy, and features.
  • Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and management.
  • Provide expertise on products, features, and development initiatives.
  • Support global product launches and release activities.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience with ArcGIS software or other geospatial technology
  • Experience configuring and deploying Esri s Field Apps
  • Customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that provides a great customer experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience assessing and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using agile project management tools
  • Deadline-oriented and capable of self-management
  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field
  • Passion and ability to deliver quality work in a timely and efficient manner, in teams or individually
