Job Description
This role involves leading the development of mobile and web geospatial applications using ArcGIS technology, translating product requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of new capabilities for Android, iOS, and web apps.
- Translate product roadmap features into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with users and clients to understand needs and define product requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and external factors.
- Prioritize product backlog considering roadmap, feedback, and dependencies.
- Inform leadership on product vision, schedule, strategy, and features.
- Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Provide expertise on products, features, and development initiatives.
- Support global product launches and release activities.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience with ArcGIS software or other geospatial technology
- Experience configuring and deploying Esri s Field Apps
- Customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that provides a great customer experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience assessing and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Proficiency in using agile project management tools
- Deadline-oriented and capable of self-management
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field
- Passion and ability to deliver quality work in a timely and efficient manner, in teams or individually
