Job Description
This role involves providing customer support, managing order processes, and building relationships with clients to ensure they successfully utilize GIS software, with opportunities for career growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
- •Provide comprehensive customer support and resolve inquiries effectively
- •Manage the entire order process from initiation to delivery
- •Maintain and update customer account information in databases
- •Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
- •Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues related to orders and deliveries
- •Develop efficient methods to enhance customer experience and escalate concerns as needed
Requirements
- •At least 1 year of professional or customer service experience supporting similar responsibilities in a customer support or related role.
- •Effective communication skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task with high attention to detail, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- •Ability to use resources to research issues and manage complex customer inquiries.
- •Customer-oriented approach with a high level of professionalism.
- •Ability to learn new concepts and software programs quickly, retain large amounts of information, and adapt as priorities change.
- •Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- •High School Diploma or equivalent.
