Job Description
A Business Strategy Analyst at Esri is responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to drive growth and optimize marketing efforts across various industries and product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain reports and analysis of key market opportunities and competitive landscape
- Manage audience analytics, provide insights, and recommend strategies for targeted audiences
- Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate patterns, insights, and trends to decision makers with actionable recommendations
- Innovate measurement methods to assess marketing effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate on data onboarding, routine data management, and DMP inventory exercises
- Develop and modify traits and segments within the DMP for marketing activities
Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis and visualization
- Proficiency with Power BI and SQL
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field of study
