Job Description
This role involves managing accounts receivable processes, including applying payments, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining customer account information, primarily within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- •Apply payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
- •Contact customers via phone and written correspondence
- •Maintain statements of accounts for assigned customers
- •Complete credit reviews for new and existing customers
- •Process customer account maintenance tasks
- •Recommend credit limits, credit holds, and order releases
Requirements
- •At least 2 years of experience in collection account management
- •Strong communication skills, including the ability to contact customers by phone and written correspondence
- •Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- •Motivation and passion for getting work done in a consistent and thoughtful way, both independently and collaboratively
- •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook
- •High school diploma or equivalent
