Job Description
The Senior Manager of Programs and Marketing is responsible for providing communications, social marketing, brand management, and program support to organizational clients, leveraging extensive experience in marketing, stakeholder engagement, and organizational management within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide communications and social marketing expertise to organizational clients
- Manage brand development and maintenance
- Support program management activities for clients
- Supervise staff involved in marketing and communications efforts
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships at a national level
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns
- Coordinate and manage events and board committee activities
- Develop and implement fundraising and PR strategies
Requirements
- Possess 15 years of communications and marketing experience.
- Have staff supervision experience.
- Demonstrate high-level organizational management skills.
- Have experience in stakeholder relationship building and maintenance for a national organization.
- Provide expertise in communications and social marketing.
- Have experience in brand management.
- Have experience in program management support to organizational clients.
- Possess knowledge, skills, and experience in brand development, fundraising, public relations, advertising, board committee management, event oversight, and digital marketing.
