Job Description
The EE Program Associate at Energy Solutions supports energy efficiency programs by processing rebate applications, tracking project progress, and collaborating with team members to promote energy savings and greenhouse gas reductions for utility and government clients.
Responsibilities
- •Process rebate project applications according to standard operating procedures
- •Track progress of work assignments and document completion status
- •Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve application questions
- •Maintain accuracy and efficiency under time constraints
- •Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance program knowledge
Requirements
- •A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with no degree.
- •Exceptional attention to detail.
- •Demonstrated commitment to and consistency in quality control practices.
- •Strong organizational and project management skills.
- •Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- •Salesforce experience is a plus.
- •Ability to work and thrive independently.
- •Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach.
- •Excellent personal accountability.
