Job Description

The Art Director will lead and enhance the company's branding and marketing efforts by creating original digital and print content, collaborating with various departments to ensure consistent and innovative design solutions that promote ESRT and the Empire State Building brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and elevate the company's branding efforts across digital and print marketing channels.
  • Produce original content that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to promote ESRT and Empire State Building brands.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, PR, and other departments to deliver consistent design content to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role with a portfolio demonstrating original content creation and innovative design solutions.
  • Ability to deliver against digital and print marketing objectives by producing high-quality, consistent design content that promotes the ESRT and Empire State Building brands.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple departments such as Marketing, Leasing, and PR to deliver exceptional and consistent design content to key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and solutions that yield measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and present design concepts clearly.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and experience managing brand consistency across various marketing channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools).
  • Experience in managing or overseeing visual content for both digital and print media.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in art direction, graphic design, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related discipline.
