Job Description
A Customer Success Manager in the Energy and Emerging Markets sector at DroneDeploy is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, helping clients optimize their operations through drone-based reality capture solutions, and driving product adoption, engagement, and growth across industries such as energy, utilities, and renewables.
Responsibilities
- •Manage strategic customer relationships across energy, renewables, utilities, telecom, and facilities management sectors.
- •Act as a product expert and trusted advisor to help customers maximize value from DroneDeploy solutions.
- •Enable customers in inspections, site audits, and infrastructure workflows to support their digital transformation.
- •Drive product adoption, increase customer engagement, and expand account value.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with support, professional services, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- •Own strategic customer relationships across sectors like energy production, renewables, utilities, telecom, and facilities management.
- •Be a product expert and trusted advisor, passionate about helping customers extract the most value from DroneDeploy s solutions.
- •Enable solar asset inspections, streamline utility site audits, or digitize infrastructure management workflows for customers.
- •Help customers transform their operations through aerial and ground-based reality capture technology.
- •Work cross-functionally with Product Support, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience.
- •Focus on account health, long-term relationships, and delivering outcomes that lead to retention and growth.
- •Report to the Manager of Customer Success, Scaled.
- •Possess deep industry understanding and technical know-how relevant to energy, renewables, utilities, and facilities management sectors.
- •Demonstrate experience in managing customer accounts and driving adoption, engagement, and account expansion.
- •Possess excellent communication skills to serve as a trusted advisor and facilitate collaboration across teams.
- •Have the ability to help customers extract maximum value from DroneDeploy solutions in their digital transformation journeys.
