Job Description
A Human Resource Technician responsible for supporting the People Operations department, handling tasks related to HR, labour relations, payroll, and communication across business units in Spain and the US, requiring bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the People Operations department with HR functions in Spain
- Assist with communication and initiatives across business units
- Manage processes, documentation, and maintain confidentiality in HR activities
- Interface with stakeholders in Spain and the US
- Contribute to labour relations and payroll tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources, labour relations, and payroll
- Strong proficiency in both Spanish and English languages
- Ability to support the People Operations department in DF Spain with a variety of tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to contribute to communication and initiatives across business units
- Valuing processes, documentation, and confidentiality in handling HR-related information
