Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables is responsible for developing and managing procurement strategies for solar and storage projects, coordinating equipment procurement, negotiating supply agreements, and maintaining supplier relationships to support project development and construction in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and manage strategic procurement initiatives for project development and construction
- •Plan procurement of major equipment in coordination with internal teams
- •Issue, manage, and evaluate RFPs for equipment procurement
- •Lead negotiations of equipment supply agreements
- •Ensure equipment meets bankability, performance, and reliability standards
- •Manage logistics and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery of equipment
- •Maintain and support supplier relationships for PV modules, BESS, inverters, racking, transformers, and breakers
- •Stay informed on supply chain industry trends, technology evolution, and market dynamics
- •Manage company’s forward-looking product costs and performance roadmaps using vendor relationships and market research
Requirements
- •Five years of supply chain experience in the solar or electric utility industry.
- •A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- •Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of Cypress Creek Renewables, including executives and Investment Committee members.
- •Excellent PowerPoint presentation synthesis skills.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
