Job Description
The Manager of Supply Planning will lead a team responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end supply plan for critical system builds, ensuring alignment with project schedules and material readiness for fusion reactor components, within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end supply planning process to ensure demand and supply alignment with project schedules and assembly plans.
- Act as the subject matter expert in supply planning within a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to mitigate schedule risks.
- Drive material readiness for magnet manufacturing and tokamak integration aligned with the tokamak build scope.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team managing end-to-end supply planning processes, ensuring demand and supply for critical system builds are cohesive with the Integrated Master Schedule and SPARC Assembly Plans.
- Subject matter expertise in supply planning within a collaborative culture, demonstrating transparent communication and innovative solutions for mitigating schedule risk.
- Ability to drive material readiness for magnet manufacturing and tokamak integration, with scope vertically aligned to the tokamak build.
