Job Description
The HRIS Analyst at Charles River Associates is responsible for supporting and maintaining HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing production support for various HR applications. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, creating reports, and documenting business processes within the Human Capital department.
Responsibilities
- •Provide production support for all HR systems and related integrations
- •Maintain quality and consistency of HRIS information
- •Maintain and configure existing and new business processes
- •Support internal and external audits
- •Troubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies
- •Create custom reports
- •Support Human Capital on all IT application related issues and questions
- •Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday, Greenhouse and Enboarder best practices
- •Research, enable, and configure product enhancements after each major release
- •Document HCM business processes and impact on the organization
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Human Resource Management required.
- •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR systems support required.
- •Workday experience required.
- •Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of extremely sensitive employee data and Personal Health Information required.
- •Clear communication skills, ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing using language understandable to management and staff required.
- •Ability to identify and resolve HRIS issues, concerns, and problems required.
