Job Description
This role involves collaborating with value engineers to design and implement technical solutions that optimize business processes using the Celonis platform, supporting customer value realization through solution architecture, technical guidance, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with value engineers to ensure solutions align with client objectives and support the entire value journey
- Translate client business goals into scalable, secure technical solutions and develop reusable technical assets
- Create and maintain a library of technical assets, including architecture templates and integration frameworks
- Provide guidance on technical design, performance optimization, and security throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead high-impact, mission-critical projects by fostering collaboration and delivering innovative solutions
Requirements
- Familiarity with the concepts of value analysis, cost reduction, and optimization is crucial.
- Proficiency with Make, Celonis, and Python is required, as Tiger Team members should be familiar with all three tools.
- Ability to work with and interpret data to make informed recommendations on improving asset, product, or process value.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis, to diagnose problems and identify inefficiencies.
- Creative thinking skills to find new ways to reduce costs or enhance performance without compromising quality.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts, challenges, and solutions to engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Ability to work closely with Value Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Understanding of customer needs and expectations, with the ability to convey solutions that address those needs.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively when supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous documentation and reporting skills, including project proposals and final reports detailing improvements.
- Active listening skills to understand and respond to stakeholder needs, concerns, or feedback.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to methodically address and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or processes.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and best practices in value engineering and related technologies.
- Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of projects are carefully evaluated, minimizing oversights that could lead to cost or functional issues.
- A degree in Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program, unless the candidate demonstrates the required skills regardless of educational background.
