Job Description
A User Experience Researcher at Celonis will conduct user research to understand behaviors and needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product design, and help create intuitive and valuable process mining solutions within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- •Conduct primary research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations through methods such as interviews, field studies, surveys, and usability testing.
- •Lead strategic research efforts to identify new product opportunities and evaluate user experiences.
- •Analyze user behavior using various research tools including lab studies, ethnography, logs, and online experiments.
- •Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and other UX researchers to prioritize research activities.
- •Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research planning and execution.
- •Communicate research findings effectively through reports and presentations to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree or above in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- •Six (6) years of software or related industry experience within a UX research setting
- •Experience utilizing various research design methods such as usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.
- •Experience leading strategic research efforts and integrating user research into product designs
- •Ability to engage with quantitative stakeholders and understand quantitative findings and materials
- •Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- •Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
