Job Description
The role involves supporting and leading system transformation projects, particularly ERP migrations like SAP S/4HANA, by leveraging process mining technology to ensure seamless, efficient, and standardized system change initiatives for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales team in positioning Celonis for system migrations, especially ERP migrations like SAP S/4HANA
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the entire system transformation and ERP migration journey
- Collaborate with global system integrators, sales, and delivery teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution
- Develop, standardize, and implement methodologies and best practices for integrating Celonis into ERP migration projects
- Create and deliver training and enablement programs to equip field teams with knowledge and tools for managing ERP migrations
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in system transformation, ideally with a track record in ERP migrations such as SAP S 4HANA, and a focus on methodology development and enablement.
- Proven experience guiding customers through complex end-to-end system transformations, from planning through post-implementation support.
- Strong advisory, customer relationship, and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating technical solutions into business value.
- Experience working in collaborative teams across sales, technical, and partner organizations.
- Proven experience developing and standardizing processes, frameworks, and methodologies for large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong experience in creating and delivering enablement programs, including training materials, workshops, and hands-on support for technical and sales teams.
- Business proficiency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel to support customers and work closely with field teams within the DACH region and occasionally across EMEA.
