Job Description
A senior Salesforce Engineer role responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components and Apex, while providing technical leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities and ensure high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle from architecture and development to deployment and maintenance.
- Implement best practices for Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and automation.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features, especially AI and automation capabilities.
- Integrate AI-driven features, including Python-based services and Large Language Models (LLMs), into the Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Salesforce development with extensive hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Proven track record of leading development teams while also delivering as an individual contributor (IC).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance tuning.
- Experience across the full application lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns such as REST, SOAP, and middleware.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or integrating with external systems.
- Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI/ML concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
