Job Description
A Senior Quality Engineer at Celonis is responsible for leading end-to-end testing and automation efforts to ensure the high quality of the company's Process Mining products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and deliver reliable software solutions.
Responsibilities
- •Own the testing of end-to-end solutions for the product.
- •Develop and execute test strategies, including creating and extending test automation frameworks.
- •Review QA reports and oversee QA processes to ensure product quality.
- •Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and tech leads to define quality assurance parameters.
- •Implement testing procedures and continuously improve testing automation and processes.
- •Ensure successful deployment of products into the market.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- •5-9 years of professional experience as a QA engineer
- •Experience delivering robust test automation in Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools
- •Deep knowledge of test automation and best QA practices
- •Experience in writing and setting up UI Automation tests and end-to-end tests
- •Complete understanding and command of API testing
- •Experience with CI/CD processes
- •Experience with bug tracking and test repository software
- •Experience with minimizing duplication of testing layers
- •Ability to supervise and coach junior colleagues
- •Strong communication skills
