Job Description
The role involves leading and coordinating large cross-functional programs within Product and Engineering teams at Celonis, focusing on process improvement, project management, and strategic execution to enable scalable operations and deliver value in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze new processes and implementation models
- Develop and maintain strategic cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders
- Define and optimize ways of working to meet deliverable deadlines
- Create presentations, perform financial analysis, and communicate with executives
- Assist teams in setting priorities using data and analytics
- Track resources, define roles and responsibilities, and manage escalations
- Manage large, complex programs across departments within Product Engineering
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in a consulting, project management or an operations role preferably at an enterprise SaaS company
- 4 years of experience in running complex projects with multiple stakeholders, aggressive schedules, and scarce resources preferably in a software company
- Proactive, analytical and collaborative mindset, coupled with strong communication skills
- Domain experience in roadmap planning tracking process, ideally has implemented led the roadmap strategy planning process in a comparable software company before
- Operational rigor and track record of cross-functional stakeholder project management and execution
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
- Understanding of the interdependencies between the internal and external processes in a software company
- Experience in designing new processes and performing analysis on implementation models
- Experience in developing and maintaining strategic cross-functional programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Ability to define roles and responsibilities, track resource needs and manage escalations
- Experience with creating presentations, performing financial analysis, and using common project management tools
- Flexibility and ability to excel when faced with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- High level of ownership and proactive project driving skills
- High empathy and ability to lead without authority, engaging cross-functional teams towards a common goal
- Ability to discover and prioritize new initiatives based on customer needs and develop scalable solutions
- Strong project management skills, including structuring complex projects into major building blocks and establishing effective governance
- Proven track record in Product Operations, including establishing fundamental processes such as roadmapping, product discovery, early customer adoption, and customer co-innovation

- The role requires a full-time commitment in the specified location (e.g., New York), with a salary range of $150,000 to $185,000 USD, based on qualifications and experience
