Job Description
A Senior Management Technology Consultant and Value Engineer at Celonis is responsible for guiding customers through the end-to-end value realization process using the Process Intelligence Platform, including identifying strategic priorities, building business cases, facilitating value workshops, and driving platform adoption to achieve measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- •Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects
- •Build business cases and demos leveraging industry benchmarks
- •Conduct value assessments and communicate strategic value to C-Level executives
- •Facilitate business value workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
- •Derive and initiate process improvement measures and enterprise-wide change initiatives
- •Manage the end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal
- •Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a core business transformation platform
- •Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases
Requirements
- •Native French language skills with strong English language skills
- •Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an Inhouse role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise
- •Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), with experience in implementing RPA and/or BI Tools, and/or building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows
- •Knowledge of Python and/or SQL
- •Experience in collaborating with IT teams
- •Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value
- •Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects at different stages of the value journey, leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem where possible
- •Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- •Understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain domain as well as strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation
- •Degree in Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable degree program
