Job Description
A Senior Software Engineer at Celonis is responsible for designing and building scalable, user-friendly frontend features for the Process Intelligence Platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and contribute to the company's growth in process mining technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and lead large, complex frontend features and projects
- Contribute to and extend core architecture and components
- Improve the developer work environment and practices
- Participate in product discussions and influence the product roadmap
- Mentor and grow team members
- Write clean, testable, and understandable code
- Build, launch, and maintain features in production
- Provide feedback on design and code quality of peers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of experience in frontend development, including experience with Angular, TypeScript, TypeScript JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SCSS
- Experience with server development such as Java Spring Boot, C, C++, Python, or NodeJS
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion and motivation to learn and grow as a software engineer
- Ability to design, implement, and lead large, complex new features projects
- Ability to contribute to and extend the core architecture and components of the platform
- Ability to recognize and take action to improve the developer work environment
- Active participation in product discussions and shaping the product roadmap
- Ability to write clean, understandable, and testable code
- Experience in building, launching, and maintaining features in production
- Ability to help define and foster a fun and inclusive engineering culture
