Job Description
The Senior Consultant at Celonis will lead agile project teams to drive digital transformation for customers by developing data-driven process insights and complex data models using SQL. This role involves analyzing customer processes, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring optimal use of Celonis technology to enhance business efficiency.
Responsibilities
- •Lead agile project teams to accelerate customers' digital transformation.
- •Identify customers' strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL.
- •Create complex data models to maximize customer value.
- •Transform customer data using SQL for process analysis.
- •Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps enriched with Machine Learning.
- •Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvement approaches.
- •Quantify business and financial potential and present relevant KPIs to management.
- •Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- •Conduct value creation workshops to align measures for process improvement.
- •Set the foundation for long-term customer success.
Requirements
- •Minimum 5 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement Excellence or a similar area.
- •Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab.
- •Strong interest in Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- •Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- •Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
