Job Description
A product management role focused on leading the strategy and development of Celonis's no-code app building platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative enterprise solutions that enhance process analysis and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy for the no-code app building capability of the Celonis platform (Views).
- Lead and build a high-performing team of product managers through recruiting, training, and coaching.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in analytics, no-code development, AI, and digital technologies.
- Define product vision and strategy based on customer pain points and needs to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, architects, and vendors to prioritize features and ensure timely releases.
- Manage the portfolio of tools related to the builder experience, including visual editing and operational tools.
- Innovate software development, deployment, and commercialization processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of builder or developer tools as well as deep experience with enterprise application and automation design patterns and principles.
- Experience recruiting and developing high performing teams of product managers with strong enthusiasm for people management and helping the team grow and develop.
- Experience working with engineering and design teams across time zones, with a focus on stakeholder needs including design, engineering, sales, marketing, partner, and commercial requirements.
- Experience in the B2B SaaS space, ideally with horizontal products and platforms and app building or data visualization tools, and a good understanding of the needs and working models of enterprise customers.
- An analytical or technical background along with a passion for all things data and builders.
- UX-minded with a great eye for detail and a love for delivering outstanding experience.
- Proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset, coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, excel when faced with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias for acting now and then iterating.
