Job Description
A leadership role overseeing the development and strategy of finance-focused business applications within Celonis, including managing a product team, driving customer-centric solutions, and expanding the company's process mining offerings in finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product managers to develop new finance process applications.
- Develop talent within the Business Apps organization focusing on product strategy and customer needs.
- Engage with customers and go-to-market teams to identify new finance process solutions.
- Create and communicate a vision and strategy for finance domain products and go-to-market approach.
- Collaborate with leadership, product management, engineering, and go-to-market teams to align on product vision and strategy.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Engineering, Consulting, Business Analytics or comparable roles.
- Experience leading a team of product managers is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of Finance processes especially for SAP and/or Oracle based processes.
- Experience in data analysis including with tools native to the Celonis platform such as SQL, PQL, and Python.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to work very closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
