Job Description
An HR Intern role involving support in employment contract preparation, benefits administration, employee queries, and HR administrative tasks within a global SaaS company's People Culture Department.
Responsibilities
- •Prepare employment contracts globally
- •Handle HR document preparation and amendments
- •Manage onboarding of interns and working students
- •Support HR team with payroll and compliance tasks
- •Maintain and update HR databases such as Workday, Greenhouse, Make
- •Manage employee benefits for French, Spanish, and Italian employees
- •Respond to day-to-day employee queries
- •Assist with onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks
Requirements
- •Have a university degree in the fields of Economics, Social Sciences, Law or Psychology, ideally a Master’s in HR Management
- •Have a hands-on-mentality and are highly reliable
- •Have an eye for detail and a structured, independent and exact work ethic
- •Have excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects
- •Capable of working in a fast and ever-changing environment and like to shape and optimize processes
- •Very proficient in Excel and like to work with different IT tools
- •Very good knowledge in written and spoken English and Spanish
- •Available for 12 months on a full-time 40-hour per week basis, starting June 2025
