Job Description
A Learning and Development Specialist and Program Manager responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating scalable training programs to develop skills and support organizational growth within Celonis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of learning programs from needs analysis and design to delivery and evaluation.
- Collaborate with SMEs, internal teams, and external partners to develop engaging learning content and solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and train-the-trainer sessions as needed.
- Manage project aspects including roadmaps, timelines, KPIs, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collect and analyze evaluation data to measure program effectiveness and inform improvements.
Requirements
- Experience of 3 to 7 years in Learning & Development, instructional design, or training roles.
- Program or project management experience is essential.
- Certifications such as CPTD, ATD, PMP, CIPD, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
- Technical proficiency with LMS systems (e.g., SAP LMS), authoring tools, e-learning platforms, and analysis/reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, facilitation skills, written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, and project leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, ADDIE model, evaluation techniques, and multimodal delivery methods, with the ability to demonstrate creative ways to design and develop learning content.
