Job Description
A Strategic Program Management Intern at Celonis supports the planning, execution, and oversight of strategic programs across multiple departments, enabling data-driven decision making and ensuring successful project delivery within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- •Support the steering and execution of strategic programs across multiple organizational streams.
- •Enable and shape data-driven decision making for management through data analysis and program design.
- •Oversee and coordinate program activities from inception to completion, ensuring all involved parties are guided effectively.
- •Take ownership of specific program streams to ensure their success.
- •Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth program delivery.
- •Report on program progress and outcomes to executive management.
Requirements
- •Currently studying business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable program
- •Strong communication and project management skills and enjoyment in engaging with stakeholders
- •Proficiency in financial modeling, particularly using Google Sheets
- •Demonstrates an analytical mindset, works in a structured way, and is quick to grasp new topics
- •Capable of managing projects independently and navigating high-ambiguity situations with autonomy
- •Fluent in English at C1 level
- •Ability to support and oversee program execution from inception to completion
- •Ability to design and conceptualize strategic programs including data analysis
- •Ability to coordinate and guide all involved parties in their respective streams
- •Ability to take ownership of specific streams, ensuring their success
- •Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth program delivery
- •Ability to report to executive management on program progress and outcomes
