Job Description
An internship role in AI Management Consulting at Celonis, focusing on analyzing customer data, identifying process inefficiencies, creating business cases, and delivering data-driven value propositions to clients while gaining experience in process mining and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to identify process inefficiencies and generate insights.
- Translate customer pain points into actionable use cases within the Celonis platform.
- Quantify the financial impact of implemented use cases and prepare management presentations.
- Create customer business cases and support strategic business development activities.
- Leverage Celonis AI and data modeling capabilities to deliver high-impact value propositions.
- Present findings and solutions to customers, including C-level and decision makers.
- Build strong customer relationships through technical, product, and business expertise.
Requirements
- Student in the field of Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program
- Strong communication skills and interest in interacting with potential customers
- Experience in consulting and highly interested in data analytics
- Knowledge in SQL or related database query languages
- Analytical mindset and the ability to work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics
- Availability from August onwards or as soon as possible for 6 months full-time
- Effective communicator and fluent in English and French
