The Global People Business Partner at Celonis provides strategic HR expertise to align HR practices with business objectives, partnering with leadership to develop talent, drive organizational change, and foster a high-performance culture in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
- Provide strategic HR expertise and thought leadership on organizational and people strategies.
- Coach senior leaders on leadership, organizational effectiveness, and collaboration.
- Lead change management and culture initiatives to support business growth and innovation.
- Partner with leaders to foster a high-performance culture and develop talent pipelines.
- Advise on workforce trends, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
- Leverage people analytics to generate insights for growth and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8 years of experience as a global HR Business Partner, ideally in a fast-paced technology company.
- Deep expertise in HR practices, including organizational design, talent management, change leadership, employment law, and employee relations.
- Strong market insight and strategic, enterprise-level thinking.
- Skilled at building relationships across all levels with strong influence and negotiation capabilities.
- Consultative approach with a strong ability to guide and advise leaders.
- Systems thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent project management, communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
