Job Description

The Engineering Manager for Celonis Process Management will lead a team in designing and delivering innovative solutions that integrate Process Management into the Celonis Platform, focusing on building scalable APIs and microservices. This role combines technical leadership with strategic impact, fostering team growth and collaboration to enhance business process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of engineers in designing and delivering scalable solutions for integrating Process Management into the Celonis Platform.
  • •Use technical judgment to determine the best paths forward on product features considering various trade-offs.
  • •Collaborate with other engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure impactful product feature development.
  • •Manage performance and support career development of engineers.
  • •Build and maintain an engineering culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • •3 years of experience in an Engineering Manager or technical leadership position leading projects and people.
  • •8 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • •Strong technical knowledge at staff engineer-level in software engineering.
  • •Experience working with technologies like C#, Azure SQL, and microservices.
  • •Strong communication skills, allowing collaboration with people across multiple roles and countries.
  • •Knowledge of day-to-day team organization methodologies like agile.
  • •Ability to lead and make decisions to define the road ahead.
  • •Ability to resolve technical conflicts when necessary, fostering a positive environment for escalations.
