Job Description
An internship role focused on data analytics and technical solution development within Celonis' Business Analytics team, involving data processing, integration, and insights generation to support business performance and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- •Gather, process, and analyze business data to support organizational goals
- •Ensure data accuracy and integrity through quality checks and troubleshooting
- •Integrate multiple data sources into the Celonis platform using Python and API calls
- •Develop technical solutions to enhance team visibility and performance
- •Build actionable insights and recommendations for better business outcomes
- •Facilitate effective use of data tools by translating metrics into business insights
- •Participate in initiatives to improve data ingestion, quality, modeling, and documentation
Requirements
- •Ongoing studies in Data Science, Engineering, Big Data Business Analytics or a comparable technical degree program with outstanding performance.
- •Proficient in utilizing SQL, Python, and or BI tools for data analysis and visualization.
- •Experience in working with data ingestion, data transformations, databases, and data visualizations is a plus.
- •Strong analytical thinking, structured work approach, and the ability to quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to present and explain them to stakeholders in a reliable and independent manner.
- •Possesses a strong intrinsic motivation to take ownership of tasks and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities, demonstrating the ability to identify key priorities and follow through with determination.
- •Ability to prioritize workload and take accountability for contributions.
- •Proactive communication skills and a willingness to bridge the gap between technical concepts and business objectives.
- •Initiative in seeking to understand business needs, effectively communicate ideas, and engage with stakeholders.
- •Eager to learn and apply initiative to contribute meaningfully to team goals and drive impact.
- •Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- •Availability to start from ASAP.
