Job Description
The role involves working as a Value Engineer to collaborate with customers, uncover their business challenges, demonstrate the value of Celonis Process Mining technology, and build solutions that drive business value, with opportunities for training, mentorship, and regional travel within the MENA region.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis EMS can address them
- •Execute proof projects to showcase the value of Celonis EMS in alignment with customer strategies and initiatives
- •Design and build solutions within Celonis EMS to drive value realization and ensure a positive return on investment
- •Present business value, product solutions, and opportunities to senior executives to support investment decisions
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical and business expertise, acting as a trusted advisor
- •Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product innovation
- •Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- •Travel to the MENA region to meet clients in person and support customer engagements
Requirements
- •Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program, as well as work internship experience.
- •Willingness to travel to the MENA region to meet clients in person.
- •Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- •Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- •Effective communication skills and fluency in English and Arabic.
- •Curiosity, self-motivation, and enjoyment of continuous learning.
- •Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- •Focus on creating and adding value for customers.
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
- •Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from mistakes.
- •Ability to collaborate with customers to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis EMS can help achieve business objectives.
- •Experience or knowledge in SQL and Python (hands-on experience in these technologies is a plus).
- •Ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior executives outlining business opportunities, product solutions, and business cases.
