Job Description
The role involves working as a Value Engineer within Celonis' Process Mining technology, collaborating with customers to identify business challenges, develop AI-driven solutions, and demonstrate the value of Celonis' platform to drive business improvements and ROI.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them.
- •Prototype and develop AI solutions, including machine learning and LLM-based models, tailored to customer needs.
- •Execute proof projects to showcase the value of Celonis Process Intelligence in alignment with customer strategies.
- •Design and build solutions within Celonis Process Intelligence to drive value realization and ensure ROI.
- •Present strategic and quantitative business value propositions to senior executives to support investment decisions.
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical, product, and business expertise.
- •Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product innovation.
- •Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence.
- •Travel to meet clients in the French region to support customer engagement success.
Requirements
- •A bachelor's and/or master's degree in the field of Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program, as well as work internship experience.
- •Willingness to travel to the French region to meet clients in person.
- •Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- •Effective communication skills and fluency in English and French.
- •Willingness to participate in a 12-month Orbit Graduate Program that includes onboarding, hands-on experience in customer engagements, and training in Celonis Process Intelligence, domain knowledge, presentation demo skills, discovery objection handling, and value selling.
- •Ability to collaborate with customers to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can help achieve business objectives.
- •Ability to pitch the Celonis AI value proposition and vision to customers and align solutions with their AI strategy.
- •Experience or interest in prototyping and developing AI solutions, including traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
- •Ability to execute proof projects showcasing the value of Celonis Process Intelligence in the context of customer strategy, business initiatives, and challenges.
- •Ability to collaborate with customers and partners to design and build solutions in Celonis Process Intelligence that drive value realization and ensure a positive return on investment.
- •Skill in building strong relationships with customers by establishing trust through technical, product expertise, and business acumen to act as a trusted advisor.
- •Ability to create re-usable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence and share feedback with regional teams.
