Job Description
The role involves working as a Value Engineer to collaborate with customers, uncover business challenges, demonstrate the value of Celonis' process mining technology, and build solutions that drive business value, with a focus on customer engagement, solution design, and strategic presentations.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis EMS can address them
- •Execute proof projects to showcase the value of Celonis EMS in alignment with customer strategies and initiatives
- •Design and build solutions within Celonis EMS to drive value realization and ensure positive ROI
- •Present business cases and strategic value propositions to senior executives to support investment decisions
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical expertise and business insights
- •Share customer insights and feedback with internal product and engineering teams to influence product development
Requirements
- •A master's degree level in the field of Technology Management, Business Informatics, Information-oriented Business Administration, Computer Science, and Mathematics or a comparable degree program as well as work internship experience.
- •Enjoy solving problems, think outside the box, and are not afraid to make and learn from mistakes.
- •Have a passion for technology, big data, and the impact it can have on the world.
- •Have a hunger to learn new technologies, with knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL.
- •Python is a plus.
- •Able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- •Focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- •Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
- •Able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- •Confident to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- •Effective communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
