Job Description
A Business Development Representative at Celonis is responsible for identifying and developing new enterprise business opportunities within the Nordic market by prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and setting up qualified meetings to drive sales growth and support the company's process mining technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in specific territories.
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies.
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain and organize an annual book of business.
- Become a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments.
Requirements
- A BA or BS degree from a top university or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, including full-time roles or relevant internships.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Able to take initiative and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed, with a track record of being a true out-performer.
- Native or equivalent level proficiency in Italian.
- Business conversational level proficiency in English.
