Job Description
A Business Development Representative at Celonis is responsible for identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and engagement, supporting the growth of the company's Process Intelligence Platform in specific territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in specific territories.
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies.
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain and organize an annual book of business.
- Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments.
Requirements
- A BA or BS degree from a top university or equivalent experience in business development, sales, or a related field, including full-time work or relevant internships.
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with the ability to prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies.
- Ability to drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Ability to maintain and organize an annual book of business.
- Ability to produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed, demonstrating a high level of initiative and performance.
- Native German language skills or equivalent and fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
