Job Description
This role involves working as a Value Engineer at Celonis, focusing on customer engagements to identify business challenges, demonstrate the value of Process Mining and AI solutions, and build strong relationships with clients, with opportunities for hands-on learning, prototyping, and career growth in enterprise software and process intelligence.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them.
- •Design, prototype, and develop AI solutions, including machine learning and LLM-based models, tailored to customer needs.
- •Execute proof-of-concept projects to showcase the value of Celonis solutions in alignment with customer strategies.
- •Build and present business cases and value propositions to senior executives to drive investment decisions.
- •Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical expertise and trusted advisory roles.
- •Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to influence product development and innovation.
- •Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Value Engineering team.
- •Travel to meet clients in the UK region to support customer engagements and ensure project success.
Requirements
- •A bachelor's and/or master's degree level in the field of Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program, as well as work internship experience.
- •Ability and willingness to travel to the UK region to meet clients in person.
- •Effective communication skills and fluency in English.
- •Passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and LLMs, and the impact they can have on the world.
- •Curiosity, self-motivation, and enjoyment of continuous learning.
- •Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- •Focus on creating and adding value for customers.
- •Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- •Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- •Willingness to participate in customer engagements and collaborate with customers to uncover their core business challenges.
- •Ability to prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
- •Experience or knowledge in SQL and Python is a plus.
- •Exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
