Job Description
The role involves working as a Value Engineer to collaborate with customers, uncover business challenges, demonstrate the value of Celonis Process Mining technology, and build solutions that drive business value, with opportunities for training, mentorship, and regional travel in the MENA area.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis EMS can address them
- •Execute proof projects to showcase the value of Celonis EMS aligned with customer strategies and initiatives
- •Design and build solutions within Celonis EMS to drive value realization and ensure return on investment
- •Present business value and solutions to senior executives to support investment decisions
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical, product, and business expertise
- •Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product innovation
- •Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- •Travel to the MENA region to meet clients in person and support customer engagements
Requirements
- •A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in the field of Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program, as well as work internship experience.
- •Ability and willingness to travel to the MENA region to meet clients in person.
- •Fluent in English and Arabic; French language skills are a plus.
- •Passion for technology and big data, with an understanding of the impact it can have on the world.
- •Curiosity, self-motivation, and enjoyment of continuous learning.
- •Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- •Focus on creating and adding value for customers.
- •Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- •Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- •Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
- •Willingness to participate in a 12-month Value Engineering Graduate Program that includes onboarding, hands-on customer engagement experience, and training in Celonis EMS, domain knowledge, presentation demo skills, discovery objection handling, and value selling.
- •Ability to work as part of a team on customer engagements, collaborating with customers and partners to design and build solutions in the Celonis EMS that drive value realization.
- •Ability to execute proof projects showcasing the value of Celonis EMS in the context of customer strategies, business initiatives, and challenges.
- •Ability to frame and communicate the strategic and quantitative business value Celonis will bring to customers’ organizations and deliver presentations to senior executives.
