Job Description
The role involves working as a Value Engineer to collaborate with customers, uncover business challenges, and demonstrate how Celonis' process mining technology can deliver value and drive business improvements. It includes engaging in customer projects, building solutions, and presenting strategic value to senior executives within a dynamic, international team.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis EMS can address them
- •Execute proof projects to showcase the value of Celonis EMS aligned with customer strategies and initiatives
- •Design and build solutions within Celonis EMS to drive value realization and ensure return on investment
- •Present business cases and solutions to senior executives to support investment decisions
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor through technical and business expertise
- •Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product innovation
Requirements
- •A master's degree level in the field of Technology Management, Business Informatics, Information-oriented Business Administration, Computer Science, and Mathematics or a comparable degree program as well as work internship experience.
- •Enjoy solving problems, think outside the box, and are not afraid to make and learn from mistakes.
- •Have a passion for technology, big data, and the impact it can have on the world.
- •Knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL, Python is a plus.
- •Able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- •Focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- •Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
- •Able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- •Confident to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- •Effective communication skills and fluency in English and Italian.
