Job Description
The role involves working as a Value Engineer to collaborate with customers, uncover business challenges, and develop AI-driven solutions using Celonis Process Intelligence. It includes engaging with clients, demonstrating value propositions, and building strong relationships to drive business value and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them.
- •Prototype and develop AI solutions, including machine learning and LLM-based models, tailored to customer needs.
- •Execute proof of concept projects to showcase the value of Celonis solutions in alignment with customer strategies.
- •Design and build solutions within Celonis Process Intelligence to drive value realization and ensure ROI.
- •Present business value propositions and technical solutions to senior executives to support investment decisions.
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical expertise and trusted advisory roles.
- •Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product development and innovation.
- •Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Value Engineering team.
- •Travel to meet clients in the French region to support customer engagements and ensure project success.
Requirements
- •A bachelor's and/or master's degree in the field of Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program, as well as work internship experience.
- •Willingness to travel to the French region to meet clients in person.
- •Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- •Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- •Effective communication skills and fluency in English and French.
- •Passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and LLMs, and the impact they can have on the world.
- •Curiosity, self-motivation, and enjoyment of continuous learning.
- •Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- •Focus on creating and adding value for customers.
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
- •Experience or knowledge in SQL and Python is a plus.
- •Exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
