Job Description
The role involves driving new business acquisition within enterprise accounts in the High Tech Manufacturing Semiconductor sector by managing the full sales cycle, building strategic relationships, and delivering tailored solutions using Celonis' process mining technology.
Responsibilities
- •Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise accounts to secure new logos.
- •Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
- •Build relationships with strategic stakeholders, including C-level executives and operational leaders.
- •Develop tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how Celonis solutions address their challenges.
- •Present use-case-specific pitches and demos to showcase the value of Celonis solutions.
- •Collaborate with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS providers to enhance value propositions.
- •Leverage team support from internal and external resources to drive sales success.
Requirements
- •Proven SaaS Sales Experience: A strong track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on securing new business and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- •Expertise in Complex Sales: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large enterprise accounts.
- •Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), with the ability to engage with C-level executives such as CFO, COO, CSCO, and CPO.
- •Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes and key performance indicators across functions like Finance and Supply Chain.
- •Vertical Experience: Experience or knowledge selling to High Tech Manufacturing and Semiconductor industries.
- •Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities to confidently influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- •Collaborative Mindset: A team-oriented approach, leveraging internal and external resources to achieve shared goals.
- •Territorial Development Skills: Ability to identify and develop new opportunities within a defined territory, targeting enterprise accounts to secure new logos.
- •Sales Cycle Management Skills: Ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification to closing six-figure deals.
- •Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build relationships across multiple lines of business, engaging with C-level executives, operational leaders, and key decision-makers.
- •Solution Development Skills: Ability to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and demonstrate how Celonis solutions can solve their strategic and operational challenges.
- •Demonstration Skills: Ability to showcase use-case-specific pitches and demos, independently or with Value Engineers, to highlight the measurable impact of Celonis solutions.
