Job Description
This position involves providing architectural design leadership across multiple projects, guiding creative and technical aspects from conceptualization to construction, mentoring team members, and promoting sustainable and innovative design solutions within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- •Provide architectural design leadership across multiple projects and serve as a creative authority.
- •Conceptualize and develop design solutions throughout all project phases, ensuring design cohesion.
- •Translate shared design goals into detailed design and guide the design integrity during construction.
- •Create and oversee client presentation materials, setting visual communication direction.
- •Collaborate with interior designers, technical leaders, and engineering disciplines to integrate building systems and ensure design intent.
- •Champion sustainable and performance-based design strategies, including energy modeling and decarbonization efforts.
- •Mentor and develop emerging professionals to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements
- •Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture required.
- •Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture from an accredited program preferred.
- •A design portfolio of past and current design work with clear demonstration of significant personal contribution to project conceptualization and detailed development is required.
- •Must contain 3 or more fully constructed building designs representing a high level of design excellence.
- •Minimum 12 years of related professional experience required.
- •Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
- •LEED accreditation is preferred.
- •Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
- •Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- •Technical knowledge of exterior and interior materials and building assemblies.
- •Command of Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office required.
- •Experience in 3D modeling, rendering, computational design, immersive technologies, and AI image generation is a plus.
- •Experience with digital media creation and editing in the Adobe Creative Cloud applications required.
